The distance after the spat between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot has raised the flame of ministerial status in the minds of some MLAs. Now when both the teams are reunited once more, such MLAs have suffered the most. After the political struggle is over, the biggest challenge before Gehlot is to keep all 124 Congress MLAs united. The first test to maintain this solidarity will be in the proposed cabinet expansion.

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत और सचिन पायलट के खेल के बीच तल्खी के बाद आई दूरियों ने कुछ विधायकों के मन में मंत्री पद की लौ जगा दी है। अब जब दोनों टीमें एक बार फिर एक हो गए तो ऐसे विधायकों पर सबसे अधिक वज्रपात हुआ है। सियासी संग्राम के टलने के बाद अब गहलोत के समक्ष सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है, कांग्रेस से जुड़े सभी 124 विधायकों को एकजुट रखना। इस एकजुटता को बनाए रखने की पहली परीक्षा प्रस्तावित मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार में होगी।
