Forced off the road by coronavirus lockdowns, Philippine "jeepney" drivers are now plying the streets of Manila on foot begging for money. Jeepneys -- first made from leftover US jeeps after World War II -- are the backbone of the country's transport system, but many drivers are now out of work after virus restrictions crippled the economy.
