Easing regulations come too little, too late

While drinkers and smokers have welcomed the easing of lockdown regulations, not everyone is happy. President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced the implementation of level 2 lockdown. Some sectors believe the announcement is too little or too late to save the economy.
