Tg Piai polls: Gerakan president denies 1,000 party members to quit in protest

Gerakan president Datuk Dr Dominic Lau on Tuesday denied claims that 1,000 party members from three branches in Tanjung Piai were purportedly resigning next week in protest over the party’s decision to contest in the by-election.
He said that upon checking with the Gerakan Johor chairman, the division has no more than 100 members.
