Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad advised Hindu devotees and visitors attending the Thaipusam celebration, as well as those who will attend the Chap Goh Meh celebrations this weekend, to exercise extra caution in the wake of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak.
