Bank Negara governor Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus says Malaysia's economy has slowed down to 0.7% in the first quarter of 2020 (1Q20) as it was significantly impacted by the measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic including the implementation of the movement control order (MCO).
