DAP's Pulau Tikus assemblyman Yap Soo Huey, who attended a dialogue session to discuss flood and landslide problems in Penang on Sunday, was booed and heckled for defending the state’s policies. The dialogue session was organised by the Penang Forum and Residents Association of Penang at the Teow Chew Association in Chulia Street.
