A video of a man being run over by a motorbike and being kicked in the head by at least 30 men, allegedly in a dispute over football, is making its rounds on social media and messaging apps.
The incident is believed to have happened in Rawang at about 1.30am on Thursday.
Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Ali Ahmad said they have identified the suspects, and are tracing their whereabouts.
