Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed welcomed the decision of former Umno leader Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz to join Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).

Dr Mahathir, who is also the Bersatu chairman, said Rafidah, a former International Trade and Industry Minister would be a member of the party.

The Prime Minister told reporters that after launching the World Chinese Economic Forum on Friday.
