Penang girding itself to face rabies

Penang is taking precautionary measures, including setting up roadblocks to check vehicles which are bringing in pets into the state to prevent a rabies outbreak. State health committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said the Veterinary Department is also stockpiling vaccines.
