Manila cops say explosive device found outside US embassy same as that used in Davao bombing

Following a bomb scare in Manila on Monday morning, the police said an improvised explosive device found in a trash bin outside the US Embassy in Manila was the same type used in the Sept 2 bombing of a night market in Davao City.
