Rescuers race to find survivors after Japan quake

At least 20,000 rescuers raced to uncover survivors in Japan Friday (September 7), buried under landslides after a deadly quake the day before.

It tore through the northern island of Hokkaido and sent mud plowing through homes. Dozens are still missing.

Officials say at least 16 people have been confirmed dead after a powerful earthquake rattled the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido on Thursday.
