At a dinner held by Klang Chinese clan associations on Sunday night to raise funds for Tabung Harapan Malaysia, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the new Pakatan Harapan government needs time to restore the machinery of the country that had been damaged by the previous Barisan Nasional administration.
