Child car seat ruling may not be enforced, ministry to study issue

Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the ruling on the child car seat may not be enforced next year, adding that the Government was not bound to implement the ruling which was made by the previous administration.

The Transport Minister said that after visiting the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros) in Kajang on Thursday.
