Sandakan MP Steven Wong told reporters at the Parliament lobby on Wednesday that a group of 164 retired workers who contributed to a retirement benefits scheme in the 1970s and 1980s were unable to withdraw the money which has now been parked under the Retirement Fund Incorporated.
