Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday that the government constantly monitored Dr Zakir Naik and would take action if the controversial preacher promoted terrorism or illegal activities in Malaysia.
