Court of Appeal upholds 16 convictions linked to Lahad Datu incursion

The Court of Appeal has upheld the sentences of 16 people involved in the Lahad Datu intrusion which happened in 2013 after they withdrew their appeals. The panel also proceeded with the appeal by the prosecution against the remaining 12 people who were acquitted with charge of waging war against the Yang Dipertuan Agong and terrorist-related offences.
