Welfare Association of Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti) president Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor advises army wives, children and families to be strong in facing the absence of their head families on Hari Raya. She said this at a ceremony to present Hari Raya goodies to security forces on Monday.
