Gender pay gap still a workplace problem

Despite calls for gender equality in the workplace, progress is still slow, with only one female CEO in the JSE's top 40 companies. There is also still a major pay gap, with men earning more than their female counterparts. These are some of the findings from PwC’s Executive Directors’ Practices & Remuneration report.
