PAS Kota Bharu MP, Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan said all Muslims must abide by Islamic law and by obeying it is a positive discrimination, in a reply to BN Alor Gajah MP Datuk Koh Nai Kwong who asked if RUU355 was against Article 8 of the Federal Constitution which states all citizens are equal before the law.
