Police grad proposes to sweetheart during passing-out ceremony

A police graduation ceremony became more special when one of the graduates, Lim Choong Wei, proposed to his girlfriend. 572 police trainees graduated after 9 gruelling months of training at the Police Training Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
