In Moradabad, due to the negligence of the health department, the future of a 23-year-old disabled man was spoiled. Divyang George aka Johnny with both legs could not get admission in ITI. Johnny passed the high school and inter examination with his hard work and dedication. He wants to leave his disability behind and become self-sufficient, so he wanted to get a degree after taking a course from ITI. But for admission, Johnny needed a handicapped certificate.

मुरादाबाद में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की लापरवाही के चलते 23 साल के एक दिव्यांग युवक का भविष्य खराब हो गया. दोनों पैरों से दिव्यांग जॉर्ज उर्फ जॉनी को ITI में एडमिशन नहीं मिल पाया. जॉनी ने अपनी मेहनत और लगन से हाई स्कूल और इंटर की परीक्षा पास की. वो अपनी अपंगता को पीछे छोड़ आत्मनिर्भर बनना चाहता है, इसलिए उसने ITI से कोर्स कर डिग्री हासिल करना चाहा. मगर एडमिशन के लिए जॉनी को विकलांग सर्टिफिकेट की जरुरत थी.
