NPA given cash injection to establish complaints office

Germany has donated nearly R10 million to the National Prosecuting Authority for the establishment of a complaints office. Members of the public will be able to file complaints against staff, including prosecutors. The structure will be based at NPA head Shamila Batohi's office and will get technical assistance from the Institute for Security Studies.
