What Can Christians Learn From COVID-19 As Churches Reopen?

Alpha Man, EKENYERENGOZI Michael Chima on Sunday afternoon of August 9, 2020.
Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.

Many churches reopened today after over four months without congregations, because of the #lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
I saw many churchgoers going to the popular St. Dominic's Catholic Church on Herbert Macaulay Road in Yaba. They looked calm and welcomed themselves in smiles of cheerfulness wishing each other, "Happy Survival". Several came well dressed in their Sunday best and I admired the pretty young ladies in high heels.
Over the years I have seen that the prettiest girls and women in Nigeria are found in the Catholic churches.
The most important lesson to learn from the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic is the assurance of the abundance of the infinite grace of Almighty God for our survival and well-being on planet.
We are grateful to Almighty God and we should now be more closer to Him in obedience to His holy commandments and not just returning to church and continue our lifestyles with business as usual and say life goes on.
