Why Starting To Wear Makeup Again Messes With Your Skin

Plenty of people have either dialled down their daily makeup routine or have eliminated it altogether.
After all, who's looking that closely if you don't have to go into work anymore, or have half your face covered with a mask for eight hours a day?
But according to Allure, as communities begin to open up again, re-entry into full-blown makeup mode can throw your skin for a loop.
Dermatologists say breakouts can be due to the skin being unused to foundation after such a long break from it.
Another cause can be from wearing masks for hours at a time--and sweating profusely in it.
Your best bet? Emphasize the eyes. Bright lipstick won't make your skin break out, either, but skip the foundation for now.
