In sports, Swimming South Africa has admitted to failing in meeting its own transformation targets. This comes after Sports Minister Nathi Mthethwa threatened to sanction the federation for not doing enough to redress imbalances. President of the organisation, Alan Fritz, says resources are a challenge for swimming.
