बसपा विधायकों का कांग्रेस में विलय प्रकरण में हाईकोर्ट से दोनों याचिकाओं के निस्तारण के आदेश दिए हैं. इसके साथ ही एकलपीठ को स्टे एप्लीकेशन के निस्तारण के आदेश दिए है. वहीं कोर्ट ने सभी 6 बसपा विधायकों को नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं. कोर्ट ने जैसलमेर डीजे को 8 अगस्त तक सभी बसपा विधायकों को आदेश नोटिस तामील कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं.
