Former Real Madrid and Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas announced his retirement from football on August 04, 2020 (Tuesday). The 39-year-old shot-stopper announced his decision through a statement on Twitter. Casillas enjoyed successful spells in Real Madrid and Porto and won numerous trophies in his 22-year career, the tip of which was the 2010 FIFA World Cup win and three Champions League titles
