Makhubele wants Soni recused

Judge Tintswalo Annah Makhubele now wants advocate Vas Soni to recuse himself as evidence leader for her testimony. She is expected to give evidence related to rail agency PRASA. Makhubele is facing allegations of gross misconduct before the Judicial Services Commission linked to her time as interim chair of the PRASA board.
