Ladakh faceoff: Indian army ready for 'cold war'

As border tensions with China spiked last month, the Indian Army asked the Ordnance Factory Board to speed up deliveries of Extreme Cold Climate clothing. The army wanted 80,000 pairs of three-layered ECC clothing delivered for its soldiers as soon as possible. Watch video for more details.
