करिश्मा तन्ना का जन्म 21 दिसंबर 1983 को मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र में हुआ था। करिश्मा गुजराती परिवार से हैं और उन्हें कई बार गुजराती किरदारो को भी बहुत अच्छे से अभिनय करते हुए देखा गया है। करिश्मा अपनी मम्मी के साथ मुंबई में ही रहती हैं। उनके पिता का दिहांत अक्टूबर 2012 में हुआ था।
