The brothers Lumière film ”L’arrivée d’un train à la gare de la Ciotat” created a sensation in 1896. The legend goes that the audience panicked when they saw a train coming directly at them.
For my first virtual reality film I have recreated with 3D modeling the Ciotat station and the arrival of the train.
The camera also follows a couple in love, together they discover virtual spaces inspired by painters such as de Chirico and Manet.
