Tokyo 2020 unveils video message to the world during subdued celebrations to mark one year until the postponed Tokyo 2020 Olympics. In the message, Japanese swimmer Ikee Rikako shares her experience of battling leukemia and says "Tokyo's preparations will be the utmost” for hosting the Games next year.
