Speaker CP Joshi has approached the Supreme Court against the Rajasthan High Court directing not to take action on the MLAs. According to the High Court directive, the speaker will not be able to take any decision on the rebel MLAs till July 24, while the Sachin Pilot camp has also filed a cavity in the apex court, saying that our parties should not issue orders without hearing them.

राजस्थान के सियासी संकट पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अहम सुनवाई होनी है. विधानसभा स्पीकर की याचिका पर सर्वोच्च अदालत आज दलीलें सुनेंगी. स्पीकर सीपी जोशी ने राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट की तरफ से विधायकों पर एक्शन ना लेने के निर्देश देने के खिलाफ सुप्रीन कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश के मुताबिक, स्पीकर 24 जुलाई तक बागी विधायकों पर कोई फैसला नहीं ले पाएंगे.वहीं सचिन पायलट खेमे ने भी शीर्ष अदालत में कैविएट दाखिल कर कहा है कि हमारा पक्ष सुने बिना आदेश जारी नहीं करें.
