Heavy downpours have caused several districts in Bihar, India to become flooded.
Footage shot on July 21 shows the extent of the floods with people wading through floodwater up to their midsections.
The filmer told Newsflare: "The situation is worse in Seemanchal, Bihar as now the road connecting the towns has been flushed away."
Thousands of villagers have been temporarily displaced, local administration and disaster management authorities are on high alert.
