Drones used to spray pesticide on locust swarms in southern China

The southern Chinese city of Yunnan has deployed drones to combat a number of locust swarms.

The video showed a great amount of the yellow-ridged bamboo locusts flying over crops that calculate spreading up to 119,244 acres. The local authority has organised people and drones to sprinkle eco-friendly pesticide.

However, according to expert analysis, there is a high possibility that the yellow ridged bamboo locusts will bring disaster from July to August at the border of Yunnan Province.

The video was filmed on June 28 and provided by local media.
