Breathtaking moment clouds flow over mountaintop in Thailand

This is the breathtaking moment a cloud waterfall floats over a mountaintop in northern Thailand.
The stunning phenomenon resembled a slow-moving mass of smoke as it crept over the hillside in Petchabun province on July 15.
Passing taxi driver Suphansa Rodchom pulled over to record the clouds slowly moving across the green mountains.
Suphansa said: "It was such a memorable moment, I could not believe that I would have a chance to see this."
The clouds are called "cap clouds" which normally forms over the peak of a mountain, where moist air is forced up the windward slopes and condensates as it flows over the top.
