Community policing through the Nyumba Kumi initiative has been attributed to assist in reduction of conflict while boosting peace building in Kacheliba, West Pokot County. Meanwhile Kacheliba national constituency development fund has contributed in increasing security in volatile areas after it refurbished houses for police officers at the Kacheliba police station.
