Coronavirus: 34,956 cases in 24 hours take India’s tally past 10 lakh

Coronavirus cases in India have crossed the million-mark with a sharp rise in infections over the past four days. While Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu continue to be the worst-affected states in terms of active cases, other states like Karnataka and Bihar are now witnessing bigger spikes in the number of daily cases.
