Coronavirus: Alcohol-based Hand Sanitizer पर लगेगा 18% GST, बढ़ सकते हैं दाम | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In the midst of the corona virus epidemic, the Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) said that all types of alcohol-based hand sanitizers would attract 18 per cent GST as it falls under the category of alcohol based hand sanitizers. The authority has given this decision on a petition filed on behalf of Springfield India Distilleries, a Goa company. This company is involved in the production of alkhol sanitizers.

कोरोना वायरस महामारी के बीच अथॉरिटी ऑफ एडवांस रूलिंग यानी AAR ने कहा कि सभी तरह के अल्कोहल बेस्ड हैंड सैनिटाइजर्स पर 18 प्रतिशत जीएसटी लगेगा क्योंकि ये 'एल्कोहल आधारित हैंड सैनिटाइजर्स' की श्रेणी में आता है. प्राधिकरण ने ये फैसला गोवा की एक कंपनी स्प्रिंगफील्ड इंडिया डिस्टिलरीज की ओर से दायर अर्जी पर सुनाया है. ये कंपनी एल्कहोल वाले सैनिटाइजर बनाने के काम से जुड़ी है.
