DIY Car Tyre Stool/Tabouret de pneu de voiture

How to make a Car Tyre Stool: I have seen a few different versions of this type of stool over the years and always wanted to have a go making some. This is my take on the car Tyre stool. I am sure there are better ways of upholstering but I have no experience in doing it.
And yes this was on old tyre before anyone asks :-)
