1 CUP SUGAR
PEEL 1 LEMON SKIN
1/4 TSP GREEN FOOD COLOR
2 TSP CORN FLOUR
2 TBSP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE CORN FLOUR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL LITTLE THICKER
1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
STRAIN THE MIXTURE
POUR IN ICE CREAM MOULD
COOL DOWN IN ROOM TEMP.
COVER WITH FOIL
PLACE ICE CREAM STICK
YOU CAN USE KULFI MOULD
KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
