A case has been registered against 6 people including BJP leader and Nagar Panchayat Chairman Bhim Gupta in the suicide case of PCS officer Mani Manjari Rai of Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh. The PCS officer's brother Vijayanand, who lodged an FIR in the city Kotwali, has made several sensational allegations against Bhim Gupta, chairman of the Nagar Panchayat.
