आजादी के 73 साल बाद भी पुल नहीं बन पाया..जिसके कारण आज भी हजारों लोगों के लिए एकमात्र सहारा नाव है। पुर्णिया के बायसी के आस्जा मोबैया पंचायत के लोगों ने बताया कि सालों भर उनके आवागमन का साधन नाव होता है...चुनाव के वक्त नेता उनसे पुल बनाने का वादा करते हैं..लेकिन चुनाव जीतने के बाद सभी इस बात को भूल जाते हैं..
