Footage shows an adorable little Shih tzu enjoying a stomach scratch so much it could stand on its hind legs.
Pet owner Cindy Dionisio de Castro visited her cousin in Manila, Philippines, on June 30, and witnessed how the three-year-old dog named Arkee stands on his hind legs to ask for stomach scratches.
