Dads are more likely to seek out diet and exercise guidance than their non-father counterparts.
According to a study, fathers are referred for diet or exercise counseling because they are more likely to be overweight.
The study was published Monday in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.
UPI reports that men with kids were up to twice as likely to report being overweight than those without kids.
As a result, dads are nearly 15% more likely to be referred to nutritionists and other specialists.
