Meanwhile, Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has responded to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Petroleum Minister said that without intermediaries, the Modi government has transferred crores of rupees directly to the account of poor families in times of crisis. He has said that the Modi government does not deposit petrol and diesel money in the account of the poor, but the 'son-in-law'.

पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में भारी बढ़ोतरी को लेकर कांग्रेस पार्टी मोदी सरकार पर हमलावर है. इस बीच केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी को जवाब दिया है. पेट्रोलियम मंत्री ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार ने बिना बिचौलियों के करोड़ों रुपया संकट के समय में गरीब परिवारों के अकाउंट में सीधा पहुंचाया है. उन्होंने कहा है कि मोदी सरकार पेट्रोल-डीजल का पैसा 'दामाद' नहीं गरीबों के खाते में जमा करती है.
