Mughlai pratha recipe in hindi
A Recipe filled with a lot of India flavors. This is a fusion recipe of the Paratha is used as a base for a chaat.
Ingredients for making 8-9 parathas (Tsp means Tea spoon छोटा चम्मच, Tbsp means Table spoon बड़ा चम्मच)
For Maida Dough
All purpose floor / मैदा -200 Gms or 2 Cups
Salt / नमक - 1 Tsp
Vegetable oil / तेल - 1.5 Tbsp
For Beasan layer
Gram flour / बेसन - 100 Gms or 1 Cup
Salt / नमक - 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च - 1.5 Tsp
Asafoetida powder / हींग - 1 Pinch
For Potato layer
Boiled and mashed potato / उबले एवं मसले आलू - 3-4 large size
Salt / नमक - 2 Tsp
Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च - 2 Tsp
Black salt / काला नमक - 1 Tsp
Roasted cummin seed powder / सिका जीरा - 1 Tsp
Fennel and Coriander seeds crushed / सौंफ धना कूटा हुआ - 2 Tsp
Raw mango powder / अमचूर - 1 Tsp
Asafoetida powder / हींग - 1 Pinch
