INGREDIENTS
-2 cups heavy whipping cream
-14 oz (1 small can) of sweetened condensed milk
-1 cup mini chocolate chips
-1/4 cup hot water
-2 Tbsp instant coffee (you can sub out instant coffee for regular coffee, just brew a strong batch then reduce down to 1/4 cup)
METHOD
-Pour heavy cream in bowl and whip until stiff peaks form
-Mix condensed milk with coffee & pour into whipped cream, mix on medium speed until incorporated
-Gently fold in chocolate chips
-Pour into freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 6 hours
-Bang that's how you make ice cream
