NASCAR Releases Photo of Noose Found in Bubba Wallace's Garage

Last Sunday a noose was found in the garage stall of NASCAR's only full-time Black driver, Bubba Wallace. It launched an FBI investigation that found it had been there since 2019 and no federal crime had been committed. However, NASCAR president, Steve Phelps, said they conducted a thorough sweep of 1,684 garage stalls at all 29 tracks and only one noose was found: the one in Wallace's garage.
